I've been praising Travis Wammack's qualities for ages. Starting out as a session guitarist for various Muscle Shoals (Fame) and Memphis studios (Hi and American), he recorded two albums in the early '70s, of which "Not For Sale" is, for me, one of the top five Southern Rock albums of all time. The previous album, simply titled "Travis Wammack," is also decent. On top of that, there's the non-LP "Parchman Farm" single.
